When I was pregnant with my oldest daughter I had the worst cravings for Chick Fil A Chicken Salad Sandwich I had to start making them at home because it was daily! But when I got it in store It was always with their Chick Fil A Sweet Tea, hands down! Have I mentioned I am kind of a Chick Fil A junkie? Yeah… I am. This is one of our favorite Chick Fil A Copycat Recipes.

 

Copycat Chick Fil A Sweet Tea Recipe

 

I love sweet tea (I mean hello southern girl here!) and Chick Fil A sweet tea is my favorite when I’m out and running around. It’s not hard to make but they just get the sugar combination just right every time!

Ingredients

  • 2 Lipton Family Size Tea Bags
  • 4 cups of hot, not boiling, water
  • Simple syrup (3/4 cup of water + 3/4 cup of sugar)

 

CFA Sweet Tea 2

 

Instructions

Put teabags in the bottom of a 2-quart pitcher and pour 4 cups of hot water over them.

Let the tea bags steep for 15 minutes.

 

CFA Sweet Tea 3

 

While tea is steeping, start making your simple syrup. Add 3/4 cups of water and 3/4 cups of sugar to the small pot. Stir constantly until sugar is dissolved.

After 15 minutes, remove your tea bags and add your simple syrup.

 

CFA Sweet Tea 4

 

Fill remainder of your pitcher with cold water.
